The Balance & Dizziness Center
is a multidisciplinary clinic that brings together key specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders and the prevention of falls.
Unlike primary care physicians or neurologists, we do not just diagnose, but provide therapy and treatment to prevent future life-threatening accidents, right here in our center.
Our assessments provide individually tailored interventions with a vestibular physical therapist that will provide a custom treatment plan for 1-1 balance training, new technology first ever on the east coast – virtual reality vestibular therapy for balance and vision rehabilitation – and a vestibular yoga and meditation trainer to reduce stress and minimize symptoms of dizziness and vertigo.
“It is estimated that ONE THIRD of State residents over the age of 65 and ONE HALF of seniors over the age of 80 will experience a fall each year. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death.”
– NJ Governor Phil Murphy
